TAT/turn around time 2-3 days
All items purchased through Friday will be shipped the following business day.
Standard shipping, cost included, 7-10 days
No expedited shipping available at this time
Tracking link will be provided in shipping email from USPS
 
If order is not received at 10 days following shipping confirmation email, a contact us email can be initiated for status update. Please refrain from requesting status update until after the 10 days due to Civid-19 shipping delays.
 
Exchanges may be allowed before original shipping confirmation email is sent. Contact us for exchange details.
 
Damaged and/or unopened packages may be returned within 14 business days. A return label will be emailed to customer after return set-up has been processed. 
 
Damaged items may be exchanged for equal value or store credit. Returned items may be exchanged for equal value or return payment.
